Life Coaching is an ongoing professional relationship that helps people produce extraordinary results in their lives, careers, and businesses. Coaching supports individuals to deepen their learning, as well as improve or enhance the quality of their life. In each call, the client chooses the focus of conversation, while the coach listens and contributes observations and questions.

This interaction creates clarity while supporting a client to move into action. Coaching accelerates an individual's progress by providing greater focus and a deepening awareness of choice. Life coaching occurs initially in person for the first session, and often then by phone, through email or some combination of these three. There is usually weekly contact and life coaching normally lasts for one year or longer. Initially the coaching contract may begin with a four month commitment.

Spirit Centred Coaching offers its own special niche of working in support of the whole person. This unique style of coaching differs from other coaching options such as Corporate, Executive or Success building coaching styles, in that Spirit-Centred Coaching facilitates living an extra-ordinary life, a life that is the authentic expression of an individual's Soul 'Essence' embodied.

Spirit Centred Coaching supports increasing clarity and mastery of one's self and mastery of life, as individuals gain a clearer understanding of how one's beliefs, emotions and behaviours shape their experiences. This growing self awareness empowers making empowered and conscious choices from heart to create life more consciously.

Remember Heart

Through the process of living in accordance with heart, one is empowered to remember and make real what is truly desired in life. A coach grounded in and committed to living a Spirit centred and conscious life, has already established a basis of aligning to a spiritual process to empower the Self, and through intent commits to empower others in his/her world to live in accordance with their heart.

When both the coach and client enter the container of the coaching relationship, they align and work directly with the support of Spirit. Each views the connection as a sacred contract in support of realizing a more purposeful and fulfilling life. As authenticity opens, all that is non-essential and non-supportive of thrival, ('survival oriented living') begins to dissolve.

What happens instead is an individual is empowered to open to new life possibilities which enables them to create the very conditions and environments that best support them living in congruence with their Essential nature. When we open to love, we melt the very obstacles and barriers to manifesting everything we desire.

My coaching services have been designed specifically to support the client in realizing the loving spaces supportive to them creating the life experiences they most desire. A client is supported to grow a stronger foundation for creating a more authentic life. This authenticity opens increasing awareness to empower being able to identify the right opportunities to pursue and how best to respond to what life presents. One's life becomes a statement for an ever deepening as the client is empowered to consistently move towards what their heart desires!
